The Macau Jockey Club has races all year round, summer normally starts in the middle of June and ends at the end of August, there are two racemeetings per week, night meeting on Fridays and day meeting on weekends.
It is well known with its facility, international management team, professional jockey and worldwide horse. Racing Complex and Grandstand are opened for member and public respectively during racing day, a large screen and a number of TV sets are at service all the time.
In addition, it has a Riding School with wonderful facilities for trotting, cantering, galloping and jumping.
It stands outside the entrance of the Macau Jockey Club, visitor pay their respect and ask for good luck at the race.

Both resident and visitor come regularly because of its immensity, handicraft and belief.
The 5 European style houses are built in the early 20th century, the first in the row is the Taipa House Museum which is filled with reproduction period furniture in both Chinese and European style, next door is the House of Islands which contains a collection of maps, pictures and memorial from Taipa and Coloane.
The House of Portugal Regions displays costumes and musical instruments from Portugal and the Exhibition Gallery shows the painting, photo and poster, the largest of the old houses is now used for meeting and reception, a square in front of the houses is sometimes utilized for performance.
